These Terms & Conditions apply when you use DeepPrintMart.com or place an order with Deep Print Mart.

Products and customization

Product images are representative. Colours, positioning and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials and the customization process. Customers are responsible for checking names, photos, spellings and instructions before confirming an order.

Content supplied by customers

You must have permission to use any photo, logo, name, artwork or other content submitted for customization. We may decline content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person’s rights.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices and availability may change. An order is processed after the required details and payment status are confirmed. We may contact you if customization instructions are incomplete or an item becomes unavailable. Any applicable refund will be handled through the relevant payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping

Normal estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 days after order confirmation. Actual timing may vary by destination, courier conditions, holidays or circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and replacements

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are reviewed using the order details, photos and product condition. See our Return & Replacement Policy.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or copy site content in violation of applicable rights. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
